DESCRIPTION:  Seeking a Master’s level Clinical Case Manager to join a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team in our Dover Behavioral Health office.  Working with eligible clients, the Clinical Case Manager will provide assessment, appropriate triage, service planning, targeted case management, individual and group work in office, community and clients’ home settings.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Experience with DBT, CBT, and crisis intervention preferred.  Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a collaborative style.  Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a related field is required.  Possibility of clinical supervision provided toward NH state licensure.
