18 Fore Autism: 12th Annual Golf Tournament
July 29 @ 1:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Autism effects one in every 88 children and one in every 54 boys. It is the fastest growing development disorder in the United States. Eleven years ago, we began a journey to try and help the children and families impacted by autism in the Seacoast area. The 18 Fore Autism Golf Tournament has grown to become one of the best charity events to gather individuals and businesses that want to make a difference. We are confident that this year’s event will again be at full capacity and are asking for your help to make the event more memorable and valuable to our community
All proceeds of the 18 Fore Autism event go to the Autism Fund at Community Partners, serving Strafford County with headquarters in Dover, a 501c(3) non-profit corporation. Contributions are deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The expenses are absorbed by the organizers, so this is a case where you can have complete confidence that 100% of any donation will be going to work. Through the efforts of the golfers and sponsors, we are closing in on our goal of providing $100,000 to Community Partners which has been able to utilize previous donations to provide parents/caregivers with classes and summer programs.
We would love to have you become involved to help make this year’s event extra special! There are numerous ways to become involved. You or your employees could join us for a day of golf. You can sponsor one of the holes. You can donate an item that will become part of participant goody bags, or live and silent auctions that are held after everyone joins back at the clubhouse of the Oaks for a celebration. Raffles and side challenges are held throughout out the day. See the attached PDF for sponsorship details and registration.
Just want to golf? Only $125 per player to golf 18 holes, including a cart, shirt and a buffet dinner catered by The Oaks! Don’t miss this fun event for a great cause!
