Residential Services assists people in meeting their daily needs and offers them the opportunity for community participation.
Individuals with a disability may live in the community with Home Providers who are contracted by Community Partners. to provide a home environment that is conducive to the individual's preferred lifestyle. Other options are also available. Residential Services are monitored monthly by the Case Manager, the Residential Program Coordinator, and the Nurse assigned to each individual. This assures the quality of Residential Services and allows DSSC, Inc. to support the providers and the individuals with a disability in the best possible way.
The agency also provides assistance to individuals and their families so that they can remain in the family home.
Each program is determined after
extensive discussion involving the person. their family and/or guardian, Case
Manager and other people involved in the individual's life.
