The Supports Intensity Scale
The Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) is a nationally recognized, standardized tool for individuals ages 16-72 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It measures the supports a person needs to participate in 57 specific activities. The SIS will be used as part of the service planning process in the future. It is in the process of being rolled out and eligible consumers of Community Partners' Developmental Services may be contacted about it.
