Our Community Support Programs (CSP) provide services for adults and older people with mental illness in Strafford County. It is our mission to assist individuals with improving the quality of their lives. Our services impact how people live, work and socialize. Through individualized planning, the goal is to assist people in becoming more independent and satisfied as they find their place in the community
Primary Services: Providing support, education, counseling and medication
monitoring to help people manage their illness.
